The Department of University Housing and Residence Life has always tried to offer accommodations and amenities that residents find enjoyable. One amenity that is offered to residents is cable television. For the past seven years, the cost of cable has been included within the housing rate for each residence hall or apartment. The current cable plan through Cable One includes standard cable (approximately sixty channels) and HBO. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, HBO will no longer be available for residents, effective January 2011. We will continue to provide the standard cable plan.
