Celebrate International Week!

The International House is one of many residential options available for students living on campus. From the International House website, this living-learning community, "began in 1946 with five students from France. Initially, the program focused on languages. Today, there are forty members of the program, twenty American students and twenty internationals. Each international student is from a different country and is roomed with an American student. Though emphasis is still placed on languages, greater emphasis is now placed on the overall aspects of cultural understanding. Truly, the International House Program provides 'A Window on the World' for students at Jacksonville State University and the surrounding community."

Each year, the International House presents, International Week. This year's schedule of events includes:

Monday, March 29: Silent Auction International House 9 am -5 pm

Tuesday, March 30: Silent Auction International House 9 am - 5 pm

Wednesday, March 31: The Vibe International House 8 pm -12 am

Thursday, April 1: International Movie Night International House 8:15 pm

Friday, April 2: International Game Day International House 2 pm - 10 pm

Saturday, April 3: International Taster's Fair Leone Cole Auditorium 5 pm - 8 pm
